Gentle and easygoing, she’s a joy to be around—whether she’s grazing in the pasture or quietly watching the day go by.

Molly

Molly is a mini Highland cow is a beloved member of our farm. With her shaggy coat, soft eyes, and calm nature, she brings a quiet charm to the pasture. Friendly and affectionate, she’s always happy for a scratch behind the ears and enjoys spending her days grazing peacefully alongside the rest of the animals.

Ferdinand

Ferdinand looks fierce but is a gentle giant like his namesake. His is a mini Highland like Molly. We hope to have a baby mini Highland and a baby High Park cow in the summer of 2026!
